End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between You and TaxVerge.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Application.

License

TaxVerge grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for Your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and You will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of TaxVerge or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, is the sole and exclusive property of TaxVerge.

Updates and Changes

TaxVerge may, from time to time, provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application. You agree that TaxVerge has no obligation to provide any updates or continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by You or TaxVerge. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from TaxVerge if You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must stop using and delete all copies of the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. TaxVerge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TaxVerge or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
